We flew to Madrid, Spain on New Year’s Eve and spent the New Year with Danny. Danny is a colleague of Jared’s and super great guy who is studying in Spain on a Fulbright as well. Anyway, Danny lives right downtown and after a 5 minute walk we were in the plaza Puerto Del Sol to bring in 2010 along with thousands of other people! The plaza we were in is the equivalent to New York City’s Time’s Square and we were in the center of it all! Here are a few pictures of the New Year’s celebration!
